At Elaralume, we are committed to providing quality home décor products and reliable customer support. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned with the original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Refunds apply to the product price only. Elaralume covers return shipping costs for approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Custom or made-to-order products
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@elaralume.com within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Full refund
- Free replacement
How to Return an Item
Step 1 — Request a Return
Reply to your order confirmation email and provide:
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Step 2 — Prepare the Package
Please securely repack the item in its original packaging.
Step 3 — Ship the Return
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team and share the tracking number once the package has been shipped.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase.
Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
- Custom-made orders cannot be canceled
- Non-custom orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
- Orders cannot be canceled after shipment
If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, please contact us to arrange a return.
